About The Event

Feelings of low mood, despair, and hopelessness may arise as we continue to adjust to the various ways in which the Coronavirus has impacted our lives. Additionally, if we have struggled with depressive feelings before the pandemic, this may have intensified as we are unable to access our usual means of copings. At the Forum we hope to continue to bring light to ensuring that our spiritual needs are met.

Please join us for our second webinar, focusing on:

Working with depressive feelings during the COVID 19 crisis - a spiritual perspective
