About The Event

Feelings of low mood, despair, and hopelessness may arise as we continue to adjust to the various ways in which the Coronavirus has impacted our lives. Additionally, if we have struggled with depressive feelings before the pandemic, this may have intensified as we are unable to access our usual means of copings. At the Forum we hope to continue to bring light to ensuring that our spiritual needs are met.

Our speaker for the webinar is John McConnell, who is a stress management trainer and former prison governor and social worker. He has been studying and teaching raja yoga meditation for nearly 30 years. He has a strong interest in the practical application of spiritual principles and insights in daily life and conducts workshops in this country…
