The National Spirituality & Mental Health Forum operates under the Charity Commission England & Wales and in association with stakeholders such as the UK government, the NHS, national mental health initiatives and religious institutions. The Board of Trustees meets at least twice a year to plan the role and work of the Forum and to address governance matters.

Amrick Singh Ubhi FCMI, FInstLM, FRSA, FIC, MBA (Warwick), BA (Hons) Director of the Nishkam Centre

 

The Nishkam Centre is a faith inspired third sector civic organisation that merges spirituality and secularity creating a seamless fusion of values, ethics and justice for the common good of all humanity.

 

Amrick is driven by the need to make a difference to the interplay between the third sector / faith based organisations and Civil Society per se.  

 

His professional background is diverse and varied; an innovative, forward thinking Organisational Development Consultant / Transformation Manager. As a Sikh, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Fellow at Royal Society for Arts and Fellow at the Institute of Leadership Management, he is passionate about growing and developing the capacity of those around him to excel and play active roles.  

 

Amrick’s other roles include governorships at schools and several Board and Steering Group responsibilities supporting community engagement, cohesion and social development.
